Tecno’s latest offerings the Phantom 6 and Phantom 6 plus are inarguably Tecno’s best devices till date. Both devices are flagships in every sense of the word and they sure will get you into a long deliberation on which of the device will be best for you. Tecno says it took 428 days, 225 top designers, 45 global partners
to come up with the TECNO Phantom 6 phones. Well, enough talk, let’s take a look at the specifications of both devices, shall we?

Let’s see the specifications that make beauty (the Tecno Phantom 6 promotional name) beautiful. Tecno Phantom 6 comes metal clad and carries a 5.5-inch Amoled screen with FullHD resolution, on its front. Under the devices metal body, a Deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor with speeds upto 2.0GHz, can found (The Helio X20 processor is highly energy efficient). The flagship processor is clubbed with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, expandable via Micro SD card upto 128GB.

For pictures and videos, Tecno Phantom 6 comes with an 8MP front camera equipped with LED flash and a dual rear camera of 13MP and 5 MegaPixels respectively. The rear camera is also equipped with LED flash.

Beauty is powered by a 2,7000mAh battery and has a quick charging capability, so you get to charge in less time. The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow tweaked with Tecno’s HIOS 6.0 operating system.

Other notable features of the Phantom 6 include it’s Type-C USB port, WiFi, BT, GPS,Hotspot, and 4G LTE support. The device measures 151.5 x 75.5 x 6.15mm and will be available in Champagne Gold and Star Grey.

Now lets see the specifications that make the Phantom 6 plus; the beast. The Phantom 6 plus comes with a humongous (160.35 x 83.46 x 7.7mm) yet slim frame that conveniently makes it a phablet. The 6 plus carries a 6-inch Amoled LTPS screen with full HD resolution.

Note: LTPS stands for Low-temperature polycrystalline silicon; this tech allows for Faster switching display panel, Denser, and More Integrated screen pixels. All in all its great for user experience.

For processes, the Phantom 6 plus has the same processor as the Phantom 6. However, the beast comes with 4GB RAM and a 64GB non-expandable internal memory.

For images and videos, the device comes with a whooping 21MP AF rear camera equipped with LED flash and an 8MP front camera equipped with LED flash. Tecno Phantom 6 plus is powered by a size impressive battery, a 4,050mAh battery with fast charging capability.

Phantom 6 plus runs the same operating system as the Phantom 6. The device also comes with a USB TYPE-C port, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, Hotspot and 4G network support. The device will be coming available in Champagne gold and grey.

The pricing and availability of both devices are not yet known but the devices are expected to be available almost immediately, going by Tecno’s antecedents as per device Launching. As for pricing, the Phantom devices will definitely come with a high-end price tag, how high? We can not say until the official price is announced. However, if I am asked to Harvard a guess I will say both devices will be well over 90k, what do you think?
