Nokia has been quite, in fact almost non-existent in the smartphone market for a long time now. The Finnish company had seen better days before the rise of Android powered smartphone’s. Ever since they have struggled in the smartphone consumer market, even a brand take over by Microsoft didn’t change their lot. At the moment, the company is autonomous. That said, Nokia is preparing to unveil new smartphone’s. This information is based on the plans Nokia presented to investors during the capital markets investment day.

Nokia is no longer producing smartphone’s. This job will is be handled by HMD, as well as the promotion and sales of the Nokia devices and accessories.
