Nokia Launches 3 New Android Smartphones ; Nokia X , Nokia X+ And Nokia XL. (#MWC2014)

 


The last few months has been filled with lots of rumors about nokia producing an android powered smartphone and different leaks were exposed which actually proved that those rumors were true. Today , nokia has put all rumors to rest as it has announced 3 new flasgship phones that runs on android os.

This morning at MWC , Nokia Announced Nokia X , Nokia X+ And Nokia XL As its new devices. As expected , this new devices runs on android os , rather than nokia’s traditional Os (Windows). Unfortunately all of them are lower-end and are using Nokia’s own (forked) version of Android without Google services.

Nokia X And X+ Are the same. The only real difference is that X+ comes with a wider memory and Storage card. XL gives u a much wider display(5inches) along with a front facing camera.

All three of Nokia’s new handsets run a heavily modified version of Android, with its own Nokia app market. Apps from lots of big-name developers such as Facebook and Skype are already there, and Nokia says users will be able to side-load Android apps from third-party sources as well.
Unlike other Android devices, Nokia’s will use Microsoft services like SkyDrive instead of Google’s.

The Nokia X is available immediately, while the Nokia X+ and the Nokia XL will be available during the second quarter of 2014. Nokia X is expected to cost €89 , X+ will cost €99 while XL will cost €109
