Twitter inc. is losing some of its top executives, due to a revamp of the top ranks by its Chief Executive Officer Jack Dorsey. According to the Wall Street Journal, the social network company confirmed that four of its top executives will be leaving the company, this departure was described as voluntary.
Senior engineering VP Alex Roetter, global media VP Katie Jacobs Stanton, product VP Kevin Weil and Vine leader Jason Toff, are among the top executives leaving the company, on a voluntary basis according to Twitter. The exist of these executives may seem impromptu, however not a surprise, especially to those in the corporate world. Considering the fact that Twitter have been having difficulties attracting new users to its platform, perhaps in a bid to change or for whatever reason unknown at the moment, these executives had to leave on their own terms. Whatever be the case, it is believed to be connected with social networks search for a new Mojo that will rein in new users.
It seems the news of the exiting execs. was initially reported inaccurately, as Jack Dorsey made use of his Twitter handle to set the record straight on the reported news.
