Samsung has officially announced Galaxy A8 , its slimmest smartphone till date. Galaxy A8 isn’t exactly a high end smartphone. It has a premium design but the specs are average. It has a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display with ultra-narrow bezels and has full metal uni-body design, similar to the other A series smartphones. Galaxy A8 is 5.9mm thick. It is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 SoC and runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop). It has a fingerprint sensor on the home button.

Samsung Galaxy A8 has a 16MP back camera. The camera has LED flash and f/1.9 aperture. At the front , you get a 5-megapixel camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens. This smartphone is powered by a 3050mAh battery.
