Zinox to launch tablets this month

 


In response to the rise in the demands of tablets and IPads by consumers, Zinox Technologies Limited, manufacturers of Nigeria’s first internationally certified branded computers, has made an important technology statement with the listing of its variety of tablets, scheduled for launch this month.
The Z-PAD range of tablets will combine two variants – Wi-Fi and 3G variants to improve(enhance) user connectivity. The flagship of the range is the Z-PAD v7, running on fourth Generation Intel Core i3 -3217U 1.80GHz processor and Intel vPro, 4GB Memory, slim detachable keyboard, 11″ display screen, and  Windows 8 Pro.
The Z-PAD v7 supports GSM, has an active stylus option with 10 point capacitive multi touch, provides a two-in-one flexibility with the convenience and power of an ultra book.
The Z-PAD v6 tablet runs on a Dual core processor, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean upgradeable, 10-inch display screen with 1280*800 pixel resolution, Dual cameras (front and rear), supports GSM, has a 10 point Capacitive Multi-touch and a long battery life- 8000mAh Li- polymer. While the Z-PAD v5 has a dual core processor, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean upgradeable, 7-inch display with 1280*800 pixel resolution, dual cameras, supports GSM, has a 10 point capacitive multi-touch and a long battery life- 8000mAh Li- polymer. The Z-PAD Android based tablets are affordable, feature-rich tablets for people who want to be constantly connected wherever they are.
Introducing the Z-PAD range of tablets, the Chairman of the Zinox Group, Leo Stan Ekeh, said that Zinox has kept faith with the expectations of the computing public in Nigeria by designing and manufacturing a range of tablets to meet the needs of customers who are on the go and are relentless striving for excellence. The tablets, Ekeh said feature optional advanced security features and services such as TPM. In addition the tablets, he said come preloaded with a Zinox App that contain Nigerian content that enables consumers to have an in-depth knowledge of Nigeria through an inspirational presentation of role models in politics, sports, academics and arts and culture.
