HTC Desire 816 with 128GB micro SD card support launched at MWC 2014



HTC has released Desire 816 mid-
range handset at the Mobile World Congress 2014 in Barcelona. The aftercomer of the HTC One will be launched March 25.
Though the price and availability of this new smartphone HTC Desire 816 its unknown but some of its specs its known to us.

Brief Specifications of HTC Desire 816

HTC Desire 816 is 5.5inch HD(720×1280 pixel resolution), 7.99m thick and weighs 165g. Its has 13 Megapixel front camera and 5 Megapixel back camera which is awesome.

HTC Desire 816 comes with 1.6GHz quad-core snapdragon 400 Soc processor, 1.5GB RAM and 8GB internal memory. Also HTC Desire 816 is capable of using Micro SD up to 128GB, which may just be the highest expandable
memory capacity handled by a smartphone.

The battery capacity of HTC Desire 816 is 2600mAh and will also offer LTE and HSPA+ (up to 42Mbps) connectivity options.

This is the first HTC device to use Nano-SIM instead of micro SIM card. Though the Android version is still a secret, we will update the full specification before or after the Desire 816 launch in China by
next month.
