Thought Dual Sim Smartphones Were The Last? Tri Sim Smartphones To Be Released Soon
The emergence of dual sim smartphones was one of the best things that ever happened in The mobile tech world.
Dual-SIM phones come in handy in areas where international travel and prepaid service are very common, but even those devices aren’t always enough at times.
LG and Goophone have come to the aid of those Smartphone users who want ‘more’.
LG and Goophone will be releasing Smartphones capable of using three sims based on a new MediaTekTriple-SIM chip. Both the leaked GooPhone X1 and a just-shipped variant of the Optimus L4 II after the break can juggle three phone lines without a big hit to battery life.
Although theX1 is reportedly equipped with a 5-inch FWVGA display and a dual-core MT6572processor, while the L4 II carries a 3.8-inch HVGA screen and an unnamed 1GHz chip, we believe the Smartphones will be received with open arms by people who hate hitting out sims due to poor network service as a result of change of environment or plain network failure.
