The latest update of the Yahoo mail Android app, adds a number of cool features to the app. The features are aimed at increasing ease of use for users of the Android app. In this new version, you can now customize what the swipe function can do. Swiping left or right can be set to automatically star emails, mark emails as read, archive an email, delete an email, move an email to other inboxes. However, you are only allowed two customization options.
The swipe function is set in a default mode, in which swiping left deletes a message and swiping right marks a message read or unread. This can be changed by going to setting withing the app, then swipe actions.
